Overseas Talent, Visa Applicants

Step 1 – Make Contact

Send us an email at recruitment@gicaustralia.com.au

 

Step 2 – Assessing your Skills and Qualifications

We will request your CV, and copies of your certificates and Letters of Reference

 

Step 3 – Offer of Recruitment Agreement

After assessing your skills and qualifications and after forming the opinion that we can assist you find a Sponsored position – we will offer you a 6 month Recruitment Agreement where we will actively utilise our networks and resources to connect you with potential Sponsoring Employers. At this point a reasonable, un-refundable fee will be charged upon you signing the agreement. In most cases this fee is $1,100.00 AUD

 

Step 4 – If we connect you with a Sponsoring Employer

If we connect you with a Sponsored Employer, we will negotiate with the employer on your behalf. The employer will need to confirm in writing the offer of employment. If you accept the offer of employment, we will charge you a final additional fee of $1,100.00 AUD.

We will comprehensively assess your position requirements.

 

Step 3 – Referring or Sourcing Talent

After assessing the position requirement we will use our assets and resources to connect you with a suitably qualified Global Talent

We don’t charge the employer for our recruitment efforts
We will advertise and promote the positions at our own cost
We won’t take a 10% commission or any commission from the eventual employee’s salary

If you have your own candidate we can assist with either a 407 training visa or an employer sponsored visa 482 or a 186 Visa. We will try and beat any reasonable quote.
We earn our professional fees on the sponsorship and visa application process that in part is the sponsor’s legal obligation.
